The VIP-PRO Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is Ideal for All Ages, Lifestyles and Physical Abilities.
The Oscillation Horizontal axis vibration (seesaw/pivotal) offers a vibration frequency range from 5Hz to 22Hz (cycles of movement per second) through an amplitude range of 0 to 11mm.
The Spiral Tri-planar Vertical axis vibration offers a vibration frequency range from 20Hz to 50Hz through an amplitude range of 0 to 2mm.
Customize and change up your exercise routine with 9 operating modes:
3 customizable MANUAL Modes, 3 AUTO Pre-set Mode Programs, and 3 customizable USER Defined / Created modes.
The VIP-PRO automatically powers on in MANUAL Mode which is the default mode.MANUAL Mode allows you to independently adjust the full range of Oscillation and Speed levels. You can operate 1) the Oscillation Horizontal axis vibration by itself, or 2) the Spiral Tri-planar Vertical axis vibration by itself, or 3) you can operate both at the same time.
The VIP-PRO also has 3 AUTO Mode Programs or Pre-Set programs each of which is 10 minutes duration. Each of the pre-set modes use HIGH SPEED RANGES of the machine and are therefore recommended for the more experienced user who is able to endure the higher speeds.
With the VIP-PRO, you also have the ability to create 3 of your own USER Defined / Created Programs. Each programmable routine consists of 12 programming "steps" in which the user selects the Oscillation Speed from 0 to 60, the Spiral Tri-planar Speed from 0 to 60, and the duration for that "step" in seconds.

Recommended session is 10 minutes per day, up to 30 minutes. It is recommended to wait at least 15-20 minutes between 10 minute sessions. Simply step onto the platform. You can stand, sit, lie down, or even focus the platform on specific body parts.
